Processing Time
Heart House is a one-person studio run by me alongside my full-time work as a Graphic Designer. Every order is prepared, packaged, and sent by hand with care.
Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched.
Shipping Locations
This store currently ships within the UK only as part of a phase-one launch.
International shipping will be introduced in the future.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated using flat rates based on order weight and are displayed at checkout. The shipping costs contribute to the overall packaging costs.
Shipping Method
Orders are sent using the most appropriate delivery service based on the size, weight, and value of the items in your order.
Tracking may be included where appropriate, but is not guaranteed for all orders.
Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after processing and may vary depending on the shipping method used. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of my control.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be provided.
