Heart House by Mikey Refund Policy

Hello, If the product(s) you receive don’t meet your expectations, I am happy to work with you to find a resolution. Depending on the situation, i may offer an exchange, partial refund, or full refund (without requiring a return). Please reach out via email with any concerns regarding returns and refunds.

Returns

If you wish to return an item for reasons unrelated to defects or errors (e.g., wrong size, changed your mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. I recommend using a tracked shipping method, as I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and free from any stains or damage.

  • In the original condition as received, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your order (and delivered back to us within another 14 days of notifying us about the return).

If an item is returned in an unsellable condition (e.g., damaged, missing parts, showing signs of wear), i may either decline the return or issue only a partial refund.

To start a return, email me at Hearthousebymikey@gmail.com with your order number, and i will provide the return address and further instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to our error, please email me within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. In these cases, i will provide a pre-paid return shipping label so you can return the item at no cost to you. Once received, i will replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs paid at checkout..

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, I will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days (typically within 24-48 hours) back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds generally cover the cost of the item(s) only and exclude shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • For international returns, any customs charges or import duties we must pay to receive your return will be deducted from the refund amount. You may be able to avoid these fees by marking your return package as "Returned Goods."

  • If your refund does not appear immediately, it may take 1-2 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
